Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Generally, most orders will ship from Asia or the United States.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. UK & US orders are shipped by e-packet with tracking, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. (Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout). We also use China Post Air Mail with tracking on all other destinations.

Please Note: Delivery can take longer, our aim is to have your item reach you as soon as possible and possibly reach in 12-20 days.

Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Also, do note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains for the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.

1) What are reward points? How can I earn reward points?

When you sign up and create your account; you are credited with 200 reward points. You earn points for all your actions on our site. For referring a friend you earn 500 points, and for every purchase you make you earn points- you get 10 points per every £1.00

2) Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on our priced watches on all locations. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

3) Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We offer international shipping to all the countries mentioned (Please see 'Shipping Info')

4) Which Postage Service is used for international shipping?

For UK & US orders they are shipped by e-packet with tracking, which is a US Postal Service product. For all the other international destinations, we use China Post Air Mail with tracking.

5) Can I Track My Order?

Yes, you can track your order status and how it is being processed by following the 'Track Your Order' Link. 

6) Do I have to pay custom fees?

7) What is the payment option offered?

8) How many days will it take to receive the watch once ordered?

The delivery time varies. After processing and leaving the warehouse, the ordered items usually take between 7 to 14 days to reach its destination. Please note that the estimated delivery time is shown at the time of checkout.

9) Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Yes! You can return the product within 30 days of the purchase of the product. The product must be in the same condition as received and unused and must be in the original packing.

10) Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled online.  We begin preparing your order immediately after it is placed. This time frame makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we'll do our very best to support your request. In case of cancellation please get in touch with us as soon as possible through the 'Contact Us' page.

Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email through the 'Contact Us' link and you will be advised as to where to send your item to.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping


To return your product, send us an email through the 'Contact Us' link and you will be advised as to where you should mail your product to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
